ok so it's been 10 months! Life has been crazy since Aviah was born. First she had horrible food and environmental allergies and didn't sleep till she was 8 months old. Definition of no sleep- up every 2 hours 6 out of 7 nights a week for 8 months and napped maybe once a day for short periods of time. She is much better now! My dad passed away in February under bad circumstances, lost a very dear friend/role model/church family member in January, we moved out of our apt into a house, paid off all of our debt (finally), and just recently had some changes in staff in our youth ministry. Lots of good and bad all in one year. However the Lord has given me enough grace to get through every moment. Things are going great and we are adjusting to all of life's many changes. Currently I am studying church history so that we can teach our teenagers more about where "the church" started. I am super excited about it and love every free minute I get to read and study! My favorite thing to do in the whole world is read the Word and share with others. One of the many things I have learned this year through all of the craziness is that I am a work in progress for the Lord and He is with me every second of every day. People may fail you but the Lord will never fail! More to come :) Ps. I need help with this thing....those of you who have blogs send me ideas to make this thing cool. I don't have time to play on the internet and upload stuff etc!

Long Time No Update

Happy Birthday Aviah

She is finally here! Sunday September 23 at 9:39 am. 8 ibs. 7 oz and 20 inches long. She is beautiful! Things are going good. We are sleepy of course but feeling great. She is "snack feeding" so that makes nursing a lil hard but we are working through it. Everyone is asleep now but me! It's awesome! Love you guys!

Still Waiting

It's 1:30 am on Wed Sept. 5 and I am still pregnant :) Sleep is rare these days so I know we're getting close. I have a doc appt. in the am so we shall see. I am 37 weeks (my weeks change over every Sat). Besides baby things are going good. Elijah has a yucky cough but he is full of energy as usual. Youth service tonight was amazing. God is doing some incredible stuff in these kids lives. Some of them get it and some of them don't. It's hard to watch the ones that don't but it's so worth it even when just one does! The angels in heaven rejoice when even just 1 sinner repents! Love you guys, I will update soon.
